Lady Gaga does it again!

It appears that Lady Gaga is still busy in protecting her name against others that are trying to ride on her reputation by using her name on a range of different goods.  This time, Excite Worldwide LLC (an American company) has applied to register the trade marks "Lady Gaga" and "Lady Gaga LG in America for a range of make-up and jewellery.

It also appears that Lady Gaga is already in the process of developing her own range of cosmetics and jewellery.

As you may recall from one of our previous articles, Lady Gaga had previously taken legal action against an ice-cream shop based in London that was selling breast milk ice-cream under the name "Baby Gaga"
