Selling a trade mark could not be simplier or more affordable: If you no longer have any interest in your registered trade mark then you may wish to consider selling the trade mark rather than simply allowing the registration to lapse.  Our fee to list your trade mark for sale on our website is £250 plus VAT per annum.  We also charge a commission of 10% on the final agreed sale price.

Furthermore, if required, we will also draft a Trade Mark Purchase Agreement to finalise the sale, this service is also included in our fee.

We can also prepare a Deed of Assignment to finalise the transfer of ownership and also prepare and file the necessary documents at the relevant Trade Marks Registry to record the assignment on the Trade Marks Register.  The preparation of a Deed of Assignment costs £110 plus VAT but the fee to record the assignment on the Trade Marks Register depends on the country where the trade mark is registered.
