Selling a trade mark could not be simplier or more affordable: If you no longer have any interest in your registered trade mark then you may wish to consider selling the trade mark rather than simply allowing the registration to lapse.  Our fee to promote your trade mark for sale is £150 plus VAT, there is no time limit to sell the mark and we will therefore advertise your trade mark for sale until it is sold.

Furthermore, if required, we will also draft a Trade Mark Purchase Agreement to finalise the sale, this service is also included in our fee.
